2.2 Due to the handcrafted nature of our instruments, minor variations in colour, grain, finish and dimensions may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
2.3 We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.
3. Orders & Availability
3.1 All orders placed through the Website are offers to purchase our products and are subject to acceptance by us.
3.2 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, or to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

4.4 Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 All Cajon Orders Are Shipped Free Within South Africa. From time to time we may run shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated on the Website or at checkout.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you once the order has been handed over to the courier at the delivery address supplied by you.
5.4 International shipping (if offered) may incur additional duties, taxes, or customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
6.1 Because our instruments are handcrafted and often made to order, returns are generally only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
6.2 If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
6.3 If we confirm a defect:
- We may repair the item, replace it, or offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
